Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. Shipping availability and rates are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package is confirmed lost, contact us at support@nikra.us and we will investigate and arrange a resolution.
